I love Overnight Oats! They are so convenient for breakfast and keep you full all morning. Whip up a batch Sunday night for breakfast all week. Overnight Oats will keep in the fridge for 5 to 7 days – depending on the toppings you use. Overnight Oats are different than traditional hot oats. They are creamier and denser. You can always add more milk to adjust the texture. Use the base recipe (below) and play around with your favorite toppings!

Overnight oats base ingredients:
1/2 C. Old Fashion Oats
1/3 C. Greek Yogurt
2/3 C. Milk (almond, cashew etc work as well)
1 tbsp Chia seeds or flax meal
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Pumpkin Pecan Apple Butter
1 Tbsp Pumpkin
1 Tbsp Apple pecan butter (or regular Apple Butter)
Dash of Cinnamon
Drizzle with honey – optional
Chopped Pecans – optional
- Peanut butter and Jelly
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Jelly
- Chocolate Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1-2 Tbsp Honey
Directions
- Mix base ingredients together in a jar with a lid.
- Add desired toppings and mix. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before eating. Serve warm or cold.
