This is one of my favorite “quick & easy” dips. Most of the ingredients are pantry staples, so you can throw it together in a moments notice. I like to serve with crackers and vegetables, but it’s delicious as a sandwich spread too!
Artichoke Dip

1 package Cream Cheese
1 C Mayo (I like Duke’s)
1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-7.5 oz jar marinated Artichokes, well drained & chopped
Crackers & Veggies for serving
Directions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until soft. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with crackers and veggies. Also great on sandwiches!
