Artichoke Dip

This is one of my favorite “quick & easy” dips. Most of the ingredients are pantry staples, so you can throw it together in a moments notice. I like to serve with crackers and vegetables, but it’s delicious as a sandwich spread too!

Mix everything together and chill.

Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 package Cream Cheese

  • 1 C Mayo (I like Duke’s)

  • 1 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix

  • 2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1-7.5 oz jar marinated Artichokes, well drained & chopped

  • Crackers & Veggies for serving

Directions

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until soft. Add in remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Serve with crackers and veggies. Also great on sandwiches!
