BIG BATCH – Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites

PB Bites

If you were to ask me the ONE thing my family couldn’t live without it would be these Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bites! I’m not kidding…I’ve even mentioned to my husband, “if anything happens to me the oatmeal bites recipe is in the kitchen junk drawer.” 🙂 I used to make a new batch every week, but then decided to triple the original recipe and store half in the freezer. This recipe makes about 60 peanut butter bites. Halve the recipe if you would like to mix in your standmixer.

Combine dry ingredients in a LARGE bowl. You need a lot of room for all the mixing!
Add in Peanut Butter and honey. Mix, mix, mix!! This is a great workout. Who needs the gym!?! Or, ask your DH to help you. He will feel so heroic. 😀
