This is one of our favorite ways to eat corn bread now. You will be amazed at how well they cook up in your waffle maker. Top with chili or enjoy with butter and honey. You can’t go wrong either way!

Corn Bread Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 Packages Corn Bread Mix, plus additional package ingredients

Directions

  • Mix corn bread according to package directions. Heat waffle maker and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add cornbread mixture to your waffle maker just as you would regular waffle batter. It takes my waffle maker about 2 minutes to cook. Top with your favorite chili and fixins!
