No-Churn Coffee Ice Cream
1 1/4 C Heavy Whipping Cream, well-chilled
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk, chilled
1 Tbsp Instant Espresso Powder
2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Place can of sweetened condensed milk in refrigerator a couple hours before making.

In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with electric mixer or by hand until it thickens. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, espresso powder and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. Pour into freezer container and freeze for at least six hours. This makes a little over 2 pints.
