Peanut Butter Chocolate & Toffee Fruit Dip

Peanut butter, chocolate, toffee bits, cream cheese… do I have your attention yet!?! If not, go back and read that first sentence again. This is the fruit dip of fruit dips. I eat this by the spoonfuls. Dip with apples and bananas so you don’t feel so bad.

Peanut Butter Chocolate & Toffee Fruit Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 C brown sugar

  • 1/3 C Peanut Butter

  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 C toffee bits, plus more for garnishing

  • 1/2 C mini chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, plus more for garnishing

  • Apple and banana slices for serving

Directions

  • Place cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Using a handheld mixer or stand mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Continue beating until creamy and mixed together. Scrape down sides as needed. Fold in toffee bits and chocolate. Garnish with extra toffee and chocolate. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed. (if it’s been refrigerated, set out 30 minutes prior to serving)
